What is Rare size?
The place description says to discover rare sizes as well as Mythic and Secret animals. When the Index lists a size separately from the base creature, that size is its own entry. Do not assume every large or tiny hatch counts until the Index confirms it. Size thresholds are not published.

Watch hatch results and the Animal Index. Count a size only when the Index records it.
How do you use Rare size?
After the base creature is logged, still check whether a different size is an open Index entry. Keep duplicates earning while you look.
